Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. It's great to see that you are happy with your team and benefits package. Our people are smart, driven, and fun to work with. It's makes collaboration a positive experience, and we're able to celebrate wins and learn from losses together. OneTrust leaders are constantly evaluating our work environments. Over the past year, the company has invested in modern office spaces and programs to foster positive in-person experiences for our people coming into the office. While we are shifting toward an office-first culture, coming in to the office more frequently has given our people the opportunity to participate in fun events such as summer parties, happy hours, and family days. They also have more chances to collaborate in a meaningful way so that we can accelerate our projects, initiatives, and goals to ultimately set OneTrust up for long-term success.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While it's great to see you enjoyed working with other OneTrust employees, It's disappointing to learn you didn't have a positive experience overall. Our leaders are proud of our people and their ability to help propel the company forward. Like your said, our leadership is learning. In fact, our entire workforce is learning daily as the markets in which we operate in are evolving rapidly. Over the years, OneTrust has gone through a lot of change. Our leaders have adapted through those shifts, and we've brought in new executive and senior leaders to scale and guide our teams to success. They're also learning more and leaning in to our employees' feedback. We've seen that addressed internally through regular employee surveys and transparency in company All Hands, Inside the Numbers, and Culture & Coffee sessions. You are right that we still have a long way to go. There are exciting opportunities for our people to build new processes and support foundational work that will make a huge impact on OneTrust and its future.
