I had to rewrite my review because OneTrust removed the first one for being “too honest” and pointing out dysfunctions—despite preserving anonymity. So much for Trust and Transparency. The business development organization is deeply flawed. Burnout and low morale are widespread. Management operates through fear and dishonesty, creating a culture where you're set up to fail and your voice carries no weight. Raising concerns goes nowhere—in fact, it can make you a target. Ironically, this comes from a company that requires you to complete ethics and anti-retaliation training. Growth opportunities are minimal unless you engage in office politics. I wish I could say more, but freedom of speech doesn't seem to apply here.
