Pros

I've been with the company for over 4 years, and it's been a rewarding journey. The organization values internal growth—my promotion was a clear reflection of that. Managers recognize hard work and provide constructive feedback that actually helps you improve. The work culture encourages collaboration, learning, and ownership. I've had the chance to work on impactful projects and develop both technically and professionally.

Cons

Like any growing company, there are occasional process inconsistencies and communication gaps across teams, especially during large-scale changes. However, leadership has been responsive to feedback and actively working on improvements.

Pros

I work for OneTrust as a principal software engineer. OneTrust is a great place to work because of the open environment, friendly colleagues and managers, and nice workspaces. OneTrust is a global leader in trust and data protection. The company provides solutions to help businesses manage risks associated with data breaches and GRC solutions, helping them build trust with employees and customers. Working at OneTrust’s office in Godrej Indiranagar is especially comforting. I like that they provide food and beverages, as this can be a nice change of pace from ordering takeout.

Cons

It seems to be looking to trim the corporate fat, with actions like the suspension of the employee NPS contribution and food coupons. And given that the salary increases weren’t that impressive.

Pros

New learning opportunities with the R&D team Exposure to innovative and cutting-edge products Technical knowledge will be increased The compensation package is highly competitive—better than most well-known service-based companies in the industry. Work environment is supportive and positive and continuous growth for people wanted to learn and earn. Good yearly hikes

Cons

The work environment can be challenging for those who prefer a slower pace or are average performers, as the expectations from management are consistently high. It’s a fast-paced, performance-driven culture that demands accountability and consistent results. This may not be the ideal place for individuals seeking a relaxed or laid-back work setting, as the focus is strongly on delivering outcomes and continuous improvement.
