Atrocious Leadership: detriment to delivering customer value

The recruiting team at OneTrust is highly skilled, bringing in strong candidates through the director levels. ICs you work with are genuine problem solvers and care deeply about delivering value to customers. Benefits and pay are solid.

Cons

Blatant sexism and lack of ADA acknowledgement and support run across the entire executive leadership team. The entire UX organization’s toxic “my way or the highway” and bruised egos culture. Fantastic employees are hired and then driven away within a year or two due to leadership not trusting employees to do the jobs that they were hired to do. Lack of experience at the executive level. No real growth opportunities.
