Great Benefits- I have never had an employer pay for my half of the employee benefits in my career. Great People - I love the people I get to work with every day and exciting projects. I love our mission to assist companies to use data and AI responsibility.

Cons

At this time, I can't think of any cons. Every job has likes and dislikes it doesn't necessarily mean it is a con.

I worked at OneTrust remotely. The pay was decent. There is an annual bonus if you've been there for a year or more—depending on your start time, this could be closer to 1.5 years. "Unlimited PTO".

Cons

They hired me remotely and then 3 months later announced they were opening an office and "weren't a remote company". They frequently told us what our priorities should be and how our work should fit into our life. There wasn't an option for people to not want to do extra-work activities. The company always felt like it was selling itself to the employees, trying to convince you it was a great company. It felt more like they wanted us to be investors. Unlimited PTO often translated to having to do more work to cover yourself on PTO. They position is as a good thing, but really it means you need to justify every day away.
