Pros

Mostly good people, good vacation, work hard but flexibility around it. The right team can be great. Wrong team can be awful.

Cons

Confusing leadership, whiplash decision making and a few years of big bets on platform direction that they got wrong which has meant core product is playing catch-up

In these forums, our leaders provide transparent data about how we're performing as a company with a look ahead into the future. With these sessions and regular feedback loops with employees, our leaders are listening, and they are investing in our culture by giving transparent results. Additionally, they are investing in real estate and events to ensure our people have a place to do their best work and celebrate. It's a great time to join the OneTrust team as we continue to make an impact on responsible data and AI use. All of our people, no matter their level and tenure, have the opportunity to influence and build a foundation for what we hope to be a generational company someday. We look forward to OneTrust's future!
