They are an innovative, collaborative group of professionals who know how to create first-of-its-kind software while celebrating wins along the way. We continue to hire more Engineering and Product SMEs to our team as we grow our business. Our leadership team, specifically our Engineering and Product leaders, cultivate a supportive culture and are always receptive of individual contributors' ideas. Regarding benefits and perks, our Total Rewards team has grown over the past year, and they have done an amazing job to enhance our benefits packages and make them more globally inclusive. They updated our global parental leave policy, and they got a mental health platform, Modern Health, for all global employees. As announced in our Company Kickoff in February, we are refreshing our Bengaluru office later this year as well. We can't wait to see what the refreshed office and future benefits look like for our team in India.

Being the market leader in a software category that we have defined ourselves sets high expectations for our people. We owe it to our customers to give them a best-in-class product and experience. We owe it to our own employees too! This means we may work outside the normal 9 to 5 hours at times. Our R&D in India also does a great job of having fun outside of work. Recently, they have had fun team outings and retreats to celebrate their wins and form great relationships.
