Ive been with OneWell Health Care for almost 4 years now, one of the standout aspects of working here is the incredible support you receive from the top down, starting with our CEO. The leadership genuinely cares about every employee, making sure that we have the tools and resources we need to succeed in our roles. The company is also big on professional growth. There are plenty of opportunities to advance within the organization, and your input is always valued. Youre encouraged to bring new ideas to the table, and leadership listens and takes them into consideration, which makes you feel like a valued part of the team.

Cons

As with any growing company, there can be occasional challenges with adapting to new changes, but leadership is proactive in addressing these and ensuring smooth transitions.

No employee benefits No retirement plan Toxic and/or sketchy promotions Senior Management toxic on many/all levels which sets the pace for a toxic work environment
