Pros

Paid mileage; about 65 cents a mile. Good pay Great clients

Cons

Limited paid mileage accrual; can't exceed 30 miles a week. Had to wait around for a client for a month before starting. Not entirely organized and communication isn't as good as it should be.

Pros

OneWell is an excellent company to work for. I strongly recommend! Team oriented, always willing to help others establish effective cooperation, all employees are always helpful and friendly. The CEO is definitely a people-centered person and truly cares about his employees and their well-being.

Cons

They truly care about quality and are always improving their operations, learning new ways to serve and correcting their mistakes.
