Pros

Pros everyone’s very family flexible for your working hours. I love that about working here. I cannot wait for the family picnic for all staff office DSPs and participants and their families together. Where has this been I have not seen this in years!!!!

Cons

Sometimes the communication can be lacking or you get punished for reaching out to other people when you are constantly told you can reach out to any body any time. I also mean respectfully email etiquettes you should always attach your supervisor no matter what you’re asking. It could use way more training for everyone from directors, managers, leads, program specialist and DSPs.
