Onebridge is lacking!

Pros

Competitive salaries are a pro, perhaps the only pro.

Cons

Onebridge does not work for their employees. It has limited foresight into what it’s clients need and even high performing employees are left out in the cold. Rather than holding on to people that keep clients happy, they treat talented individuals like they are a dime a dozen.

Pros

Cool office, some very smart people, generally interesting projects with a variety of clients.

Cons

Inconsitency with the values they preach. The company has very clearly become interested in profit over people. I don't fault a company for wanting to make money, but they consistency preach about appreciation and valuing their people, then go back on their promises, cut spending and hoard money to themselves and upper management. "Engagement" department is nothing more than HR with a different name. They'll claim they're different, but they always fall back on the same old tedious performance reviews, policies and "processes."

Pros

Awesome facilities, Owner pays for parties, and gatherings to try and build a good team atmosphere. Owners donate time and money to charity.

Cons

Staff has cliques and does not want to help new employees much. Management has friends or favorites that get promotions (not based on merit) and are treated differently than some other team members . As you can see from the management perspective on here, you are awesome and "fit in" if you work here, and if you work here and leave, you are a "bad apple" and they did not want you there to begin with. It is quite narcissistic for Smart IT management to believe that when someone leaves, they are a "bad apple" and should get over it. I have enjoyed great success EVERYWHERE that I have worked prior to this job, and after this job so I hope that I am not considered a "bad apple" that is immature and needs to get over it as stated in one review on here. People have success at some places, and do not have that same success at others.
