Why Glassdoor is so important!!!

Pros

Per the glass door policy and agreement you can only write one review per year. So, if you choose to write more than one review in a year's time then the last review you wrote is removed. The beauty of this is that no one individual can slam a company over and over again repeatedly. The idea that one disgruntled employee can trash an entire company's reputation on this site is moronically absurd and a misunderstanding of how glass door works.

Cons

If you are a producer, plan on a large pay cut somewhere down the line. Due to this, the most talented people leave and there is no growth. Not a bad place for a beginner in the business, but if your a seasoned professional looking for stability, you will be easily turned off by the high school like culture of clicks, the unprofessional nature of the management, and them cutting your pay plan. The worst part about this is they will bad mouth you to other companies. The management here will stop at no end to make sure that everyone in the field knows their opinion of you after they cut your pay plan and you decide to move on to better opportunities. Extremely unprofessional company to work for.

Pros

Supporting environment. The owners truly care about employees. Opportunity to earn unlimited and a great support staff. The environment is entrepreneurial and if you work hard you can really do well. If you make you living gossiping and trying to throw people under the bus then you won't be rewarded and may end up being someone that writes a bad review on anonymous sites....

Cons

Snarky, judging former employees that like to write reviews when they should look in the mirror and realize that they are the problem. Grow up and accept the fact that you are a whiny entitled person or person(s).

Thank you for taking time to appreciate the thoughtfulness that is put into every decision which is made. The owners have worked very hard to create an organization which reflects an entrepreneurial culture where individuals can be supported to grow and thrive.

Pros

There is an on-site mini gym

Cons

Everything this company claims to be, is false. They claim to really care and listen to employees, but any issues raised are reason for alienating those who dare bring up problems. You must drink the koolaide and keep your mouth shut at all costs or you will be deemed a bad egg. They claim to be a MBE WBE business but the actual person who is a minority woman owner is never heard from. Their new initatives are awful, make zero business sense, and is just a means for the executive team to stay busy. Leadership has promoted all their friends into executive roles and is a who’s-who of bad leadership from other staffing firms. Promotions are based on who the executives like best, not performance. Owners will lie and protect their executive team. More than one VP level manager sexually herassing female employees, over years before getting fired. The boys club attitude here is very bad. They will under pay contractors to squeeze the most profit out of every person, even to the point of strong arming people not to opt in to paid time off. There are no annual cost of living increases or merit raises. The only reason to work here is if you really enjoy being over worked, under payed, lied to, hit on, and pulled into drama. It is a dumpster fire.
