      Pros

      You can make good money with all the hours and traveling you do. They pay per diem when you're staying in a hotel. The office in Easton did have good co-workers but the company as a whole was disorganized.

      Cons

      Constantly rushed, overworked, you're just a number, a lot of deceit going on with fudging numbers, should be getting hazard pay for the dangerous conditions you have to work in. Travel 3-5 nights a week away in a hotel. No time for personal life. Look elsewhere.

      Fun work environment, casual dress code, opportunity for overtime

      Cons

      Young managers are inexperienced which causes a problem with passive aggressive behavior and retaliation tactics, minimal (if any) opportunities for career advancement, pitiful pay raises. I don’t think the last pay raise was based on performance either. You can give 110% and receive nothing in return. They also stopped 401K matching and I have no clue when it will return. It’s a good job to get your feet wet but there’s multiple reasons why the turnover rate is high.
