Pros

You're making a difference, you have autonomy for the most part, you have an AMAZING team full of supporting nurses and health coaches.

Cons

The community you're working with can be treatment resistant which makes it a little challenging.

Pros

This is the best company I have ever worked for. They care about their members and their employees. If I have a question I can go to anyone and ask and they will help me. The opportunity for growth seems endless and I see people getting promoted all the time! Training is awesome and I have learned so much. Even being remote, I feel connected to my team. I had seen some of the reviews that talk about micromanaging, but that isn’t true, or at least I don’t see it. It didn’t happen to me and I was promoted. Everyone I know at work is really happy and no one I know complains about things like that. I hope to retire from Ontrak and that is a long way away! I recommend people I know and like to apply all the time.

There are no cons. Best career path I could have chosen. So happy.
