Pros

- Good and smart team of people to work with. - Flexibility on work schedule as needed. - Salary is about on par with industry.

Cons

- Many of the core employees have left or will be leaving with many history lost. - A lot of focus on outside U.S. hiring. - Moral are extremely low and don't see this improving. - Many broken ELT promises to employees which lost employee's trust. - Refocus

Pros

Great coworkers (from when the company was MarkMonitor). Work life balance is decent due to current remote work.

Cons

ELT Team is absolutely worthless, arrogant and knows nothing about the business that they acquired. There isn't a single person that is in this team that is qualified or capable. The employees used to be valued and appreciated, now they are overworked (due to not being allowed to hire much needed backfills), underpaid (no cola raises in two years), underappreciated and undervalued. Engineering team focuses on bells and whistles rather than functional improvements leading in day to day work being increasingly difficult

Pros

I like my job and the positive impact it provides to my clients, I love my co-workers, and my managers that are trying to stay calm and keep us all sane despite the upper levels' decisions that make no sense or are driven merely by saving $$$. I love that the nature of my job enables me to work from home and be flexible so I am able to balance my home and work life properly despite the pandemic. I am still hopeful that with constant feedback from us maybe, just maybe they will slow down and listen for once.

Cons

You do not feel like the ELT trusts you or values you if you are not at their level or close to their level. They bought MarkMonitor Brand Protection services thinking they bought a software, but this is a services company. The software is a tool, it is the people that provide the end product to the customers. But they keep pouring money onto the software and making "enhancements" that are not needs, while the basic functions of the software itself keep breaking , leaving it to the analysts to do the heavy lifting of the workflow. Despite that, no support or career growth has been provided for analysts at all. But they are faced with suspicion and have to constantly defend their work. They keep hiring sales people and focusing on new and flashy features for the software but the basic functions that are needed to perform Intellectual property protection are still not working properly. Its like they are selling their clients this shiny new car adding all these bells and whistles, while the engine is still incomplete. "Look customers! It has a rocket and can go 400mph, but you can't go the normal speed because it will break, also we have all these people behind you, literal people pushing the car so you can actually drive this car without exploding, don't mind them they don't matter..."
