Pros

History of authentication and anti counterfeiting services.

Cons

Invest Corp should send in oversight to correct extreme internal issues. Product and services are lagging behind competitors, they are quickly becoming irrelevant in the market place selling old technology when customers are demanding advanced product and services. Work atmosphere is suffering, it is very toxic, leadership is managing by fear and intimidation. Little to no team collaboration and very little appreciation to employees, this is evident in the extremely high turnover.

Not a bad place to work...if you’re brand new.

Pros

- On location managers tend to be a net positive. - Your local leaders are what actually drive things to get done thankfully. - The people you work with on the day to day are amazing, kind, and friendly. - Job really isn’t that difficult - Work life balance is actually pretty great - Time off package isn’t bad - Health insurance is actually not bad - 401k match is average

Cons

- Executive Leadership Team is hilariously disconnected from the reality on the ground. - The CEO is living in his own little world seemingly just cashing his bonus checks and ignoring everything else. - The word is that entry level new hires are being offered more than people who have been with OpSec for 2+ years and morale is tanking. - No desire to address the aforementioned supposed pay gap which means important internal knowledge is just pouring out the door as the experienced folks head for greener pastures. - Input and suggestions from anyone that isn’t on the executive leadership team appears to be ignored. - Pay raises are pitiful when they do happen. - Meaningful pay raises are only possible if promoted. - In the current structure, for most positions, you can only be promoted past a certain point if someone leaves or themselves is promoted out of that position.
