Fair pay for my position. My work is unpredictable and comes in waves, which keeps it interesting. I’m developing many new skills working here, which I’m thankful for.

Cons

Must arrive every day at 8 AM and leave at 5 PM; flexibility in arrival/departure times is very limited. Office environment is uncomfortable, depressing, and grey. Company gives off the vibe that they don’t really care about their employees.
