Good mentors to train you, difficult tasks and coding problems but you will learn more

Cons

Super Bad and villainous CEO Mokhtari who only cares for his profits and does not want to pay his employees an extra dime. Poor management and HR team is horrible and everyone has bad experience with the HR team.

Work-Life Balance (No Weekends): No weekend shifts, allowing for personal time. Supportive Personnel Services Team: Always available to assist employees. I have been places where HR is nonresponsive. They actually care about the employees! Small Company Feel: A positive atmosphere created by wonderful colleagues within a large organization.

Cons

Time In/Out Reports: Inconvenient or tedious reporting processes. Limited Teleworking Options: Lack of flexibility to work from home. Long Work Hours: Standard 8-hour workdays with a 1-hour lunch break.
