Pros

I've made some very good friends at OATI. Coworkers bond together because they all had to go through the same nonsense rules. OATI's saving grace was my direct supervisor- she is absolutely amazing and the only con of leaving OATI. If you just graduated college and need some experience and can't get another job this is the place for you for about a year.

Cons

This is the most micromanaged company I have ever seen. The review which describes it as an adult daycare is very accurate. They track your every movement to ensure you are in the building. Everything is blocked on your computer, even when you aren't on the company network. While interviewing you are told you will be doing one job but when you start OATI will not put you in that role. I honestly believe working here increased my anxiety due to the constant "nasty grams" regarding not working enough, being late, ect. My supervisor's supervisor would have discussions regarding the number of emails he received about it and only really received a "don't let it happen again". Don't waste your time.

Pros

Fitness Center, Fenced free parking, Good learning experience

Cons

Having to badge into the bathroom, not badging before 8am for a few days sends you a warning email and generated a meeting with my manager (even though you stay later to work). When I joined, the project I was working on already past a few deadline. This made time pressure more intense and we had a meeting every morning asking why we did not finish the task

Pros

Great coworkers (in my department, dealing with most of the employees is worse than dealing with angry customers) Benefits are decent

Cons

Pays well below market average Does not compensate for on-call outside of regular work hours Talent drain due to low pay and 24 hour work culture, results in poor work being done and poor products that constantly break Lack of communication between management and employees (especially senior management, they are extremely out of touch) Micromangement (CEO is notorious for this, if you are 1 minute late he gets a personal email) Culture that communicates lack of trust (strict work hours, no gym access right after or before work, must stay in building 8 hours a day)
