Pros
Work hours are 8-5 with an hour lunch. You’re never expected to take work home. The campus is awesome and has basketball, futsal, and disc golf on the 22 acre campus. No glass ceilings; they like to promote from within. Bagels and donuts in the cafeteria every Wednesday. Management is very open to suggestions, within reason.
Cons
It is a long walk from the nearest public transportation stop. Especially int he winter when you have to walk over the bridge. Foor trucks come in the summer, but only every other week.
