-Old technology used leading to no learning for future -Seniors behaviour is worst due to lack of HR department interference -Managers consider themselves as god. They will control your break timings and even your logouts. -Micro management is on peak

bare minimum paycheck and decent benefits

Cons

Soul crushing environment that makes you question your choices in life. High Attrition rate which is always downplayed by management as they can employ as many as they can. 99.99% of people that quit are non-managerial personal or baseline workers who have no choice but to take whatever is thrown on their face. I have never seen anyone in the management position (Manager, Director or AVP above position) resigning or layed off . There are people in management who openly brag that "We need to play politics to grow big" and "Politics is power". That itself says a lot about this place.
