This company has gone from bad to worse after it got acquired by Fiserv. Anybody who likes to work is simply wasting his/her time here. There is absolutely no vision what the management wants and looks for the organization. They want to have things but what and how, they've no idea. The HR is just for the sake of it here, they don't care about the employees interests.

plenty, except one onsite visit i have a paragraph to fill about it. I worked there as a dog , toiled hard for a thing . although the first year appraisal was ok , but i was shifted to a different product with no reason given and then let go despite i delivered almost double of what the top performer has delivered since the new dumb TL was high on ego and wanted to remove all the people who are not in favour of him . I was the second in line.
