Pros

Good work life balance. Free cab facility. Opportunity (though limited) to work on the latest technology. Good work culture and colleagues.

Cons

Depending on project you might get stuck in obsolete technology work\ bug fix. Because the domain is finance, work might be frustrating sometimes because of layer of approvals required. Appraisals are not that good. HR is quite laid back.

Pros

Free Cab Facility Free Food Work Life Balance

Cons

Lot of Politics Very Negative Work Env Only one or two people drive the whole company if you are in their good book then you will get every thing otherwise your job is on stake . Lot of senior employees in the team they play lot of politics to unsettle new comers so that their job is secure . Earlier used to pay master but now it is acquired by Fiserv hence not much increments . Only one big product .So in any case you can't change your project .
