IDC middle management - Non-technical and not competent. Encourage groupism and favourism. IDC head is a puppet to managers/scrum masters at IDC. Appriasal systems sucks. Only favourites get good hikes. Make your manager happy and get a good hike. Higher management at Glastonbury is unaware of the grassroot problems .. Resouces good for nothing are presented as stars because they please the managers by doing personal favours. Managers / scrum masters(IDC) , are not able or skilled to manage the technical quality of the product. Some of the scrum masters could not even communicate properly and explain the expectations.
