      Pros

      +small office perks like lunch nachos or bagels/doughnuts +relatively relaxed +allowed pacing +pay increase is... possible

      Cons

      -team leads aren't interested in team building, just maintaining tickets -will bog you down in exacting ways of filling out tickets -no real room for upward mobility -no bonuses, relatively low pay for the level of support -lots of weekend work, worked weekends for them for years. you'll likely lose every other weekend to this (at least one day, saturday) -you get paid LESS for working weekends, no incentive to do so

      Pros

      Company provides good benefits and most people that work there are super friendly and nice. Try to provide good company culture through lunches and company events.

      Cons

      It is not a positive work environment. Company stated that they support the mental state and well being of their employees but managers do nothing to enforce or support that. Sales management was TERRIBLE. Say they want you to succeed but provide nothing to help you except the bare minimum of 'pep talks.' NO sense of communication from management at all. Do not waste your time or energy - they only care about profit.
