OpenGov is making a meaningful impact for 1000s of governments. Knowing that every day I am adding to the success of my colleagues is energizing. As a former customer, the company truly is mission driven and listens to all feedback on how to be even better.

The only con of OpenGov is once you are employee you would never want to leave.

Pros

Great leadership team with massive amounts of opportunity to learn from colleagues. Sales team is very professional and sales leaders were always ready to lend a helping hand, including the CEO and President of the company. A lot of cross departmental collaboration and teamwork. Overall a fun environment and a good group of people. I also felt like I was making an impact on the people in government. The mission has meaning behind it and the CEO is extremely passionate about the company.

Cons

Depending on your position, manager might reside in a separate office location.
