Pros

Great benefits, strong values, passion for the mission, excellent experienced leaders and a solid trajectory.

Cons

The company moves fast. Lots of ambiguity and a general ad-hoc nature with business processes. Velocity is key, but can be difficult to keep up with

Pros

The Mission of powering more effective and accountable government touches all of us and the commitment and investment in our Mission can be seen across the company. This is a fast paced, exciting environment, and my co workers are smart and friendly. I appreciate the transparency from leadership and regular company wide communications.

Cons

We move quickly and this can be a shock if you're not used to the pace at which we operate.
