The hiring process was by far the best experience I've ever had with a new company. Lissy Quentin was wonderful to work with. She regularly checked in with me throughout the interview process to make sure that all my questions were answered, and she was very helpful in setting clear expectations for me. I've been with the company for 3 months now, and I really love it. They care so much about hiring the right people who care about the mission to power more effective and accountable governments. I've never worked at a company where people genuinely care about one another and strive to help each other succeed. It's an added bonus that we are helping governments where they need it the most.

OpenGov has always been a company with a great mission. Modernizing government operations with cloud software is not the easiest thing to tackle but the company just had 100% year over year growth this past quarter so it looks like some real momentum. Product is getting better every month and the customer adoption seems to growing daily. Company has increasing management maturity and certainly a growing market opportunity selling mission critical budgeting and performance solution. Future looks very bright for selling software at OpenGov.
