Pros

Getting to work with some amazing people

Cons

So many. This company is complete garbage and trash. When a company preach about being family, that's when you know they will treat you like anything but family. Leaders are incompetent, ruthless, and have 0 morals. Will use and abuse you, then gaslight you to think it's you not them. All they care about is pocketing money.... for themselves. When they were acquired they made a deal where the equity will only benefit upper leadership and no one else. That should tell you enough about who they are. If they didn't get acquired, they'd probably be out of business.
