      Think twice about working here…Very Toxic!

      There are no pros to working at OpenGov

      Cons

      - Toxic culture - Most turnover I’ve seen at a company. Way above industry standards - Money driven, does not care about customers - Employees are treated terribly by upper and middle management HR Team will respond to this review like others and say “we are mission driven”, “not everyone is a fit for a high performance organization like OpenGov”, “we take pride in serving our customers”…. I can promise you that is not the case, there is an unreasonable amount of turn over and burn out that HR and management will not address and they do not care about the customers best interest. From my time here there was a number of complaints from customers by the way they were treated by OpenGov staff.

      It is all about supporting our nations governments. Customer Service Centric, this is a constant Pro as we go above and beyond to help our customers. Great people to work with, great teams, this is a huge plus for me! The culture is amazing as well, I feel supported and appreciated, and the company even cares about my families well being. Training, if you work for OpenGov there is so much training available, for your direct job, other jobs you may be interested in, teams from other departments are always willing to help and show you if you are willing to ask. Rewards hard work, I have worked in multiple different careers and Open Gov is the only career that rewards hard work.

      Cons

      Turnover has been a concern, there have been in the years that I have been here more than I have noticed in other companies.
