Pros

I love OpenMobile because it's a fast-paced work environment. You get to work with a younger group of co-workers that are truly pioneers at what they do. As a tech company, we're on the cusp of working on the future of apps. It also means a lot to work for a company where the executives wouldn't ever expect you to do anything they wouldn't do. They are sensitive to the delicate balance of work and family life.

Cons

Due to the nature of producing customer-based apps, sometimes I need to work on weekends to ensure that we're providing the best customer service possible. Wouldn't necessarily consider that a negative but I don't want to seem subjective :)

Pros

OpenMobile has a new structure with the focus on all employees and strong communication. Employee Benefits are hard to beat (medical / dental / vision / 401k / STD / LTD / Life).

Cons

Still in start up mode.

Pros

Recent change in management and direction has greatly improved the prospects at the company. New CEO is much more open and has a more inclusive management style. Regular company updates and new opportunities for career growth.
