      Pros

      I really love working here and being a part of this marketing team. The culture is extremely fun and light, while also being extremely motivating. Lots of new projects and every week is different.

      Cons

      Expections are high, the pace is fast, and sometimes the resources and answers are just not there. If you need a lot of hand holding and don’t know how to figure things out on your own, you won’t do well here.

      Pros

      Younger hip culture with a great technology team. Great opportunity for an emerging developer.

      Cons

      OS has seen a lot of turnover in the last year. Their lack of empowerment to middle management, little L&D industry knowledge, and ego can make the working environment difficult for a mid career level employees.
