Pros
OpenSesame has some of the most diverse and interesting people I’ve ever worked with. All very open and supportive, and emphasize leading with diversity and inclusion to make work feel like a safe space that is non discriminatory of all ways of thinking and living. They due a great job at mixing personal life with business such that it doesn’t feel like your personal identity has to be hidden behind a professional facade while at work. Encouraging individuality helps people feel relaxed and productive, and they treat their employees really really well.
Cons
Solutions to problems could be decided on a little faster, as it has matured as a company, and management can take a while to move forward with an action plan
