We don't believe this review is for our company, as it looks like it may be from an employee at (very similarly named) https://opnsesame.com/. It has been reported to Glassdoor for removal.

Pros

- Lots of freedom - Some ability to have input (which is way more than I am use to) - Ability to ask any question, any time and get an answer. - Transparent Leadership. - Book Club Dinners - Professional Development is encouraged - Friendly people - Godlike PTO Policy. Huge fan of it. - Management Staff is approachable and cares to give you an answer that is more than the standard "It's above your paygrade"

Cons

- Standard growing pains of a company looking to expand. - The coffee is too good, having a hard time enjoying my Keurig due to being spoiled.

Pros

-If you are willing to identify areas of improvement, align them with what you want to do, and put the work in, you can learn a lot and work on a lot of projects. OpenSesame actively invests in their employees (professional development and otherwise) and strives to grow and promote from within, I've always felt supported in making improvements and growing in my career. -Everyone is on the same page to improve a product or an experience and collaborate for a solution, there is very little arguing and most time is spent truly solving problems or doing our jobs. -Everyone works very hard while they are at work, but the work life balance is still excellent and work days are productive. -OpenSesame is constantly striving to improve the product and develop new features to stay competitive and stay ahead.

Cons

-The benefits and PTO policy are not competitive with anywhere else I have ever worked.
