Pros

Kind and generous colleagues (everywhere from peers to leadership). Emphasis and action toward diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Exciting product roadmap with interesting projects to work on.

Cons

The business culture seems to be more sales-oriented than software-oriented, despite being a software tech company. Healthcare deductibles are high for individuals. Participation in the optional, internal programs can feel pressured. These are impressive programs that are a positive part of working at OpenSesame, but it would be great if there was more balance for employees so they don't feel overwhelmed by the expectation to participate in every program in addition to their daily work.
