Work life balance was fine. Hybrid work environment

Cons

Management was rude and used unprofessional language towards my team constantly. Didn't seem to genuinely care about their workers in or outside of work. No room for growth into other positions or salary increases. Refused to help when technology went down. Seemed checked out as soon as they took over. Was seemingly annoyed when the acquisition happened that some of us on the team were from the prior company.

The CEO is a kind, smart, energetic wonderful human being. Great PM team & I mean GREAT. For the right AE with a big background the company is extremely patient & understanding. This is bc we are not given an selling tools or sales engineers.

Cons

The CEO is out of touch with the needs of the federal organization. Executive levels do not understand the unique needs of federal. This company prefers low level sakes AEs over big end to end solution sellers. Mgmt micromanages. Mgmt terrible at problem solving. Literally cannot fix a single thing. Only drive deals once they are across the finish line. Siloed business units are catastrophic for federal who wants wholistic solutions delivered. Unable to deliver cross business unit product solutions pulled together by the AE.
