Pros
There are some very smart and customer focused individuals at this company. They work very hard to deliver good solutions to help the customers you work with over the years. Great team members that support you and the customers you serve.
Cons
Work/life balance is not that great. Company line is they care about this but in practice it never happens. OpenText acquires many companies and technologies in an effort to grow its customer base. The issue is many of these technologies are never moved forward or developed at the rate of the competition and fall behind. It also leads to changes and lay-offs which is bad for employee morale.
