Great team, great managers from 2017-2018. Health and Dental Benefits were awesome. Beautiful office!

Cons

Favouritism from upper management. Change your ways! Employees are not just a number, take the time to connect with your employees. HIGGGHHH TURNOVER!!! People either quit or get fired within a year or two of their employment.

Great forward thinking company, some great technologies and a well established market leader in most areas that they have presence in.

Cons

ADR Management - Micromanagers, no trust in employees, child like attitude, no room for progression without jumping through ridiculous hoops. My overall experience at the company was brilliant, the biggest issue was the management and also the fallout when you leave. It’s ridiculous and for someone who always achieved targets and was a big contributor to the team the way in which it has ended is disappointing especially with not receiving commission payments owed from a previous quarter.
