Good Work life Balance, Good and smart people within the company.

Cons

No career progression at all within AD Team in EMEA. Ask them how many people have been promoted from AD to ISR or AE ? The team is great but Marketing Directors from all regions sucks... They keep fighting with each other playing politics to cover up their lack of skills. Some of them do not know how to create or pull a report on SF !!!
