      Pros

      Large company - plenty of resources Looks good on a resume Employee retention is high. They will try many things to keep employees

      Cons

      The security business unit is somewhat of the ugly child of the company. Not a lot of focus and lack of resources. Pay is pretty terrible (this is coming from someone who was hired internally). Low commission rates compared to industry standard. Constant "sales plays" that there is no preparation for. Little to no marketing resources, SKU's aren't developed, new service/product isn't recognized by the industry.

      Pros

      The commission was pretty decent. It is a very large multinational company so the job experience looks great on the resume.

      Cons

      There is a major disconnect with the company and employees. I felt so disconnected from management and felt no interest or motovation to do my daily duty. I am a motivated individual but it was draining me working there. A toxic workplace and the salary is not worth the stress and depression.

      Pros

      The company is pro-employee with benefits for a well-rounded. With higher than law mandated night differential and holiday pay rates. Actively promoting employee engagement activities.

      Cons

      Some employees from previously acquired companies does not have the same pay rate as the new employees. Salaries can be more competitive than what these employees receive.
