Good work life balance, opportunity to learn new things
Cons
Executive level totally disconnected from people that do the work. Company is unable to integrate acquired companies and they don't seem to care of the processes and products that are offered by those acquisitions. Total disregard for people that spend over 15 years with a product. Gender equality still present and disregarded even when is pointed out by employees. All those in a more than 15 year position are underpaid even if they do 2 people jobs
