Pros
Pay was at least industry standard. If you get lucky with the right team, you could get to work with some wonderful people, and have a great team dynamic.
Cons
Truly surreal levels of favouritism and lack of professionalism in more than one department. Knowing the right people or just getting lucky can earn a well paid position by doing and contributing nothing; working hard may or not see progression. Could be better with regards to personal development - courses etc would have been welcome.
