Pros

If you are supporting a legacy product, you can have a long run here as no product is ever allowed to die as long as some customer is paying maintenance for it.

Cons

Horrible culture comes from the top down (what's the Russian saying -- a fish rots from the head? That's the case here). Mark B is an egotistical micromanager and that shapes everything. Whatever he blurts out, everyone scrambles to do, no questions asked. There is no incentive for individual thought or problem-solving. No idea is a good idea unless it comes from Mark.

- International organization with a large selection of technologies - Great local teams - Positive discrimination

Cons

- Is a product graveyard: Acquires companies for artificial growth without any consideration for customer base or developing new products any further. - Does not value employee's experience nor knowledge, only cares about short-term profits/savings. Top performers are quickly "downsized" in favor of cheaper, mediocre resources. - Silo-based organization with no interest in others (Which can be problematic when it comes to IT and HR) - Little to no career opportunities.
