OpenText is starving for managers and staff to step up and solve the problem, innovate, and work smarter. Such creativity is accepted and supported.

Cons

The review process involves top-grading, but the compensation and technology is not competitive in the market and therefor does not attract the talent. Line-work is shipped outside of the US wherever possible. Remote work productivity is not recognized as equal to in-office. "Successful" evaluations are rewarded with merit increases equal to half the rate of normal inflation.

Salary is good. I think competitive enough. Benefits is also good Work is also ok You can get a lot of experience here if your a newbie.

Cons

In the long run, Salary will not be competitive anymore Work culture before was good but times are changing and i think we did not adapt to it.
