Pros

None as ever since microfocus acquisition, it’s total chaos. Everyone is the US / EMEA / Canada is confused and underpaid.

Cons

Don’t even think about it. Run. Wasted 8 years at this disaster. 5 different mangers, departments, layoffs, random priorities causing havoc. Just no.

Cons

Old work culture, 3 days mandatory in office. Office environment is bad... with dim lit closed wall suffocating feel.
