OpenText is quite large and the breadth of products and skillsets they can utilize is immense. There are engineering opportunities that will require skilled positions to keep those products and services relevant and to continue to function.

Cons

We see where subject matter expertise in silo’d products may be challenging to source and retain. Hiring new staff is limited to specific regions, and some software SAAS may have restrictions on how services may be provided and/or supported.
