Overworked and Underpaid

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Remote work, co-workers are pleasant to work with

Cons

Disappointing compensation, no raises, long hours. They will work you as much as they can for as long as they can, and they do not care about work/life balance. The long hours will not lead to raises bonuses or promotions.

Reviews & Compensation

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

OpenText is starving for managers and staff to step up and solve the problem, innovate, and work smarter. Such creativity is accepted and supported.

Cons

The review process involves top-grading, but the compensation and technology is not competitive in the market and therefor does not attract the talent. Line-work is shipped outside of the US wherever possible. Remote work productivity is not recognized as equal to in-office. "Successful" evaluations are rewarded with merit increases equal to half the rate of normal inflation.
