      you get to work on different and new techstacks, if you have good grip on your skills, you can survive

      Too many Managers, Too many Meetings, Too Many Sales Reports

      Good products and services, good salary, and good benefits.

      Cons

      Too many layers of management, each demanding their own detailed reports — so you end up spending more time buried in Salesforce, building reports, and sitting in meetings about those reports than actually doing your job. There’s also a heavy “CYA” culture that trickles down from leadership, putting unnecessary stress on reps and leaving little time for real productivity. On top of that, the CEO seems to announce massive layoffs every six months, brushing them off as mere “staff adjustments,” which keeps everyone constantly looking over their shoulder.
