Pros

Work life balance is good ESOP was good - 15%

Cons

The company is filled with teams came via acquisitions. They acquire good companies with A team and most of them usually quit due to poor benefits and bad work culture. It is run by old B team who usually stay and can’t find job elsewhere and don’t mind poor benefits. If you want a cool job and have no career aspirations, you will love it here. If you are ambitious, career and growth oriented, stay away. They function more like a traditional brick and mortar company and not like a Silicon Valley Tech company, so set your expectations right.

Pros

it's stable source of income with some ability to work from home. Good for entry level positions.

Cons

The company doesn't keep up with inflation, let alone give out good raises. Not very good at recognizing good work, while allowing others to abuse sick leave.
