Pros

Good Christmas party and closed during between Christmas and New Years. However you are expected to answer and customer issues.

Cons

- Upper management have no long term plans - Keep changing their mind. - Offer 7 x 24 service contracts with no 7 x 24 staff. Expect staff to be on call - Bad culture

Pros

Some of the Pros of working at OpenText are: 1. The Customers are GREAT! Rarely does anyone call in irate. 2. Management is SUPER! 3. Learning new platforms and services that we support.

Cons

Some cons for me are: 1. THEY ARE NOT HIRING PERMANENT! I've been there are a while now as a temp and still haven't been hired. 2. The pay is NOT on par with other jobs in the same field.

Pros

If you didnt want to take chances and continue to use old technology fax, telex this is the place to go

Cons

The fax messaging business is dwindling - time to invent something new. But there is no innovation and just putting lipstick on a pig to make it look new.
